Ingredients: ALL Organic: The following have all been Soaked & Dried according to the Weston A Price Foundation Guidelines: Pecans, Walnuts, Cashews, Almonds, Brazil Nuts, Pumpkin Seeds, Sunflower Seeds. Included in a separate baggie to reduce the sharing of moisture: Sweetened Cranberries (Organic Cranberries, Organic Sunflower Oil, Organic Cane Sugar), Raisins, and Coconut Shreds.
