Do you remember enjoying "Cream of Wheat" as a child?...well here's your REAL FOOD answer to that tasty breakfast staple! We start with our own sprouted Organic Spelt Berries and grind them very coursely until we have the right mix of "powder and pieces". Follow our directions for cooking and in just a few minutes you'll have grains that are properly prepared according to WAPF guidelines: cooked, delicious and ready to enjoy! Our sprouted grains are produced with patience over three days in GLASS sprouting jars. We work in small batches for the freshest results. Once they have been soaked and then sufficiently sprouted, our grains are dehydrated at low temps locking in flavor and nutrition. When you place your order, the sprouted "berries" are freshly ground just for you - so you can enjoy the freshest product!
