Cooking for our customers is done the same way as cooking for our own family - slow and intentional - preserving nutrients and maximizing nutrition. And its all done in a commercial kitchen located right here on our family farm in the heart of Wisconsin. Outside sheep graze in the pasture and chickens hunt & peck, but inside we are hard at work for YOU!
